Holiday Home Ownership

Imagine owning your very own holiday home! It’s an exciting experience and excellent value for those looking to holiday often throughout the year.

As with purchasing any home, there’s a lot to think about when buying your first holiday home, so to make things a little easier, our friendly team have put together a handy guide for first-time holiday home owners…

1. Location

Finding the right location for you and your family is one of the first considerations. What facilities are on offer? What local attractions are nearby?

We’re confident you’ll love Ribby Hall Village – set in over 130 acres of Lancashire countryside, only a short drive from the beautiful Fylde Coast. Our Village is approved by the National Caravan Council, so you can trust that a holiday home, the facilities and the service you receive will be of the highest quality.

During a show round our friendly holiday homes team will take you for a tour of our 5 star facilities and beautiful landscaped grounds. This is a big decision, so after your tour take some time to explore yourself, get a feel for site and see everything our Village has to offer!

2. Find your perfect home

Once you’ve settled on the location, it’s time to find your perfect home!

How many bedrooms do you need? Is there space for decking? Is having an en-suite bathroom really important to you?

There’s lots to choose from; with all our luxury static caravans and lodges ranging in size and style. Decide on your budget and speak with our holiday homes team to see what’s available.

We only work with holiday home manufacturers we know and trust. You’ll be able to tour a wide range of these new and pre-owned holiday homes on a show round – so, see what you like and what will work best for your family.

3. Payment Options

Next, you’ll need to consider the costs involved. You’ll be able to buy your caravan or lodge outright or take advantage of our finance options from our preferred lender to help spread the cost.

Many of the day-to-day costs of owning a holiday home are included within our annual site fees.

During your show round our sales team will discuss fees and purchase options for your chosen caravan or lodge. Our team is there to help you on every step of your journey to becoming owners and will be happy to answer any questions you have.

4. Collecting your keys!

Ready to become an owner? You’ll agree a handover date to complete the purchase. On this date our team will run through all the important Village information and you’ll receive your owner privilege cards, allowing access to our 5 star facilities and exclusive discounts. Once the paperwork has been completed you can pick up the keys to your new home!

Congratulations, you’re a holiday home owner! Time to celebrate!

There’s never been a better time to become an owner at Ribby Hall Village! We have special packages and finance rates available on a large choice of holiday homes when purchased before 5th November.
