We can’t wait to welcome our guests back and as we continue our phased reopening, we want to make you aware of our commitment to the safety of all our guests and team members.

The safety of everyone we welcome through our gates has always been top priority. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes over the last few months to adapt our facilities, enhance our safety measures and promote our health and well-being procedures.

Here’s what you can expect when you visit us…

Enhanced cleaning

We’ve enhanced our cleaning routines across the Village. This is in addition to the regular and thorough cleans we carry out every day. We have also increased cleaning of any areas that see a higher footfall to reduce the risk of infection.

 

Social-distancing measures 

We’ve made adjustments to promote social distancing in all guest and employee locations. All areas have been risk assessed to ensure they can be enjoyed as safely as possible. We would ask that you adhere to any social distancing markings and signage displayed.

 

 

Hand sanitiser stations 

We’ve increased the number of hand sanitiser stations throughout the Village. Please wash your hands more often than usual, for 20 seconds using soap and hot water, particularly after coughing, sneezing and blowing your nose, or after being in public areas of the Village.

 

Contactless Payments

We are encouraging guests to use contactless payment methods whenever possible, to minimise contact and maintain physical distancing.

 

 

Drive-through check-in 

Guests staying overnight can now check-in using our drive-through process. You’ll be greeted by a member of our Reservations Team who will give you your accommodation number. A simple, safe and easy process to minimise contact.

 

Team Member Training 

We are committed to the safety of our team members. We have enhanced processes and procedures in place to keep them safe. All teams have been given additional training on workplace health and safety before returning to work.
