We’re thrilled to announce that despite a change to the Investors in People’s rigorous and challenging new assessment criteria, Ribby Hall Village has again been awarded Investors in People GOLD against the new standard.
We now join the top two per cent of organisations in the UK that are demonstrating their commitment to actively driving principles and practices to an advanced level, and creating sustainable success through good people management.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
The new standard is a road map for excellence and focuses on:
Leading
Supporting:
Improving:
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Ribby Hall Village. Investors in People GOLD accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Ribby Hall Village should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
Susan Houseman, Director of Business Development said: “For the last twelve years, Ribby Hall Village has never been one to shy away from a challenge. So, when we were given the choice to either reaccredit against the existing IIP standard or be one of the first companies to benchmark ourselves to the new standard…we knew we had to go for the new one!”
Career opportunities at Ribby Hall Village are diverse with current vacancies featured at www.ribbyhall.co.uk/careers
